When my client first came to me, they were overwhelmed by the pressures of their job, feeling constantly anxious and unable to perform at their best. Together, we embarked on a journey to understand the root causes of their anxiety and develop effective strategies to manage it.
🔍 Understanding the Issue: We started by identifying specific triggers and situations that heightened their anxiety. Through open dialogue and reflective exercises, my client gained deeper insight into how their thoughts and perceptions were influencing their emotional state.
🛠️ Developing Strategies: Next, we worked on practical techniques to manage anxiety, such as mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and cognitive-behavioural strategies. We also explored time management and organizational skills to reduce feelings of overwhelm.
